To add funds to a Meal Plan, use the Meal Plans link below.

  • DEPOSITS: The minimum deposit amount is $5.00. A fee equal to 2% of the deposit amount will be assessed on credit and debit card deposits. Using Access Delegation, a parent or guest can make an eCheck deposit to a student account free of any transaction fee. Click here to learn more about Access Delegation.

  • COUGAR CASH WITHDRAWALS: Account withdrawals are limited to once per week (maximum amount is $300). A $10 processing fee will be assessed for each withdrawal. Withdrawals are issued by check and can take up to three weeks to process.

  • TUITION CANNOT BE PAID USING COUGAR CASH: However, BYU Bookstore textbook purchases may be paid using Cougar Cash in person at the ASB Student Services Desk.
